Venue: 5 hours event time, 3 hours set up time

  • All tables(60”) and chilvari chairs, ceiling light décor, white or ivory table clothes
  • Overlays, basic centerpieces- 10 roses arranged in any style
  • Fine china, flatware, stemware, and designer napkins, waitstaffs, dance floor

Main Reception: One entrée, 2 sides, bread, garden salad, and iced tea or punch

Villa II $49.00 per person (minimum 140 guests)

Pre-Reception: Fruit and Cheese Displays; Chocolate fountain with fruits, marshmallows, cookies, and pretzels
Main Reception: One entrée, 2 sides, bread, garden salad, and iced tea or punch
       OR One carving station and one saute station
Dessert: 3 or 4 tiers buttercream cake of any flavor or design
Beverages: 5 hour non-alcoholic beverages (coke, sprite, diet coke, water)

Villa III $59.00 per person (minimum 130 guests)

+ HPD is $35/hr ($65/hr for holidays) +Outside catering fee $550
+ Cleaning service is $100 for Conference Room,  $250 for The Victoria Ballroom, and $350 for the Grande Ballroom

  • A negotiable $3000 or 1/3 the total price is required to secure the date of the event. 1/3 is due 60 days before the event. The whole balance is due 1 month before the event. Monthly payment is also available.
  • 3 hours of preparation, 1 hour clean up,  and 5 hours event time.  Any extra hour will be $295/hr.
  • Chocolate fountain $395 for 4 hours (pretzels, wafers, marshmallows, cookies are included)
  • Margarita machine $125/night (mix and alcohol are not included)
  • Waitstaff: $35/hr/person minimum 4 hrs
  • Bartender: $45/hr/person minimum 4 hrs
  • A security deposit of $500 is required (returned within 7 days if there is no damage or overtime)
  • China & Stemware rental $2.95/ person (7 pieces)
  • Stage rental $70/ 4’x8’ section
  • Cake stand rental $45.00;  up-lighting $40 each
  • Table linen $10-$15 each, overlay $15-$25 each, sash $1.25-$1.50 each
