Ceremony $500

  • A deposit of 1/3 the total price is required to secure the date of the event. 1/3 is due 60 days before the event. The whole balance is due 1 month before the event.
  • There will be 3 hours allowed for preparation and 5 hours party time. Any extra hour will be $295/hr.
  • HPD is $35/hr ($49/hr for holidays)
  • Cleaning service is $250 for The Victoria Ballroom and $350 for the Grande Ballroom
  • Chocolate fountain $395 for 4 hours (pretzels, wafers, marshmallows, cookies are  included)
  • Margarita machine $125/night (mix and alcohol are not included)
  • Waitstaff: $35/hr/person minimum 4 hrs
  • Bartender: $45/hr/person minimum 4 hrs
  • A security deposit of $500 ( $750 for Quinceanera ) is required (returned within 7 days if there is no damage or overtime)
  • China & Stemware rental $2.95/ person
  • Stage rental $70/ 4’x8’ section
  • Table linen $10-$15 each, overlay $15-$25 each, sash $1.25-$1.50 each
  • Ceiling Decoration $600-$900, stairs decoration $350

Reception Packages

The Villa   $35.00 per person (minimum 150 guests)
Venue, tables, chairs, table linens, overlays, sashes, fine china, flatware, stemware, designer napkins, 5 hours event time, waitstaffs, ceiling light décor, basic centerpieces, dance floor, bars and bartenders.

Villa I   $39.00 per person (minimum 150 guests)
Venue: 5 hours event time, 3 hours set up time
            All tables (60”) and chilvari chairs, ceiling light decor
            White or ivory table clothes and overlays
            Basic centerpieces (floating roses and candles w/ rose petals)
            Fine china, flatware, stemware, and designer napkins
            Waitstaffs, dance floor
Main Reception:  One entrée, 2 sides, bread and iced tea or punch
Dessert:  3 tiers buttercream cake of any flavor or design
(add $3.50/person for seated dinner)

Villa II   $45.00 per person (minimum 140 guests)
Venue:  all in Villa I
Pre-Reception:  Fruit and Cheese Displays
Main Reception:  One entrée, 2 sides, bread and iced tea or punch
                                    OR
                            One carving station and one saute station
Dessert:  4 tiers buttercream cake of any flavor or design
               Chocolate fountain with fruits, marshmallows, cookies, and pretzels
Beverages: non-alcoholic beverages

Villa III  $55.00 per person (minimum 130 guests)
Venue:  all in Villa I
Pre-reception:  Fruit, Cheese and Vegetable Displays
Main Reception:  Seated dinner with one entrée and 2 sides, salad, bread and iced tea
